A new way to use your Copper Forms 🎉

You can now share your Forms via link!

Written by Marketing

Hey Coppernauts 👋

Have we got a little gem for you. You can now share your Copper Forms as a link, not just as an embed pr widget on your site. That means more flexibility, more reach, and a whole new world of use cases.

Share your Form, your way

Every Form you create in Copper now has its very own URL.
That means you can drop it:

  • Into an email (manual or automated!)

  • In a DM

  • On a social post

  • Or even pull it up on a tablet at a live event

Wherever your leads, clients, or teammates are - you can meet them there.

💡 Why you’ll love it

No more email tag – Add form links to your email templates or automations to gather info without the back-and-forth.
More flexible than ever – Great for quick shares in DMs or pulling up live at events.
Beyond the website – No embed needed. Just copy the link and go.

Use your Form link like a pro

Here are a few ways we’re seeing this feature shine already:

👉 Automate it
Pair your form link with an email automation to request feedback or sign-up details, hands-free.

👉 Drop it into DMs or chats
Chatting with a prospect? Fire off a form link to gather everything you need, fast.

👉 Use it in social posts
Promoting a new service or event? Post your form link and start collecting sign-ups instantly.

👉 Kick off onboarding with zero friction
Include a form link in a welcome email to gather project details from new clients - no digging, no delays.

👉 Capture event leads in the moment
Got a booth or hosting a live session? Open the form link on a tablet and start collecting info IRL.

A few extra details

  • Every form has its own dedicated URL

  • There’s a default background color for the link view

Ready to try it out?
Open any existing form → Click on the share tab → Click "Share link" in the left navigation menu → Copy the link → Share away!

Happy sharing!
