Note: Legacy Reports will be sunset at the end of 2022, and are not available for net-new customers as of April 2022. Admins can use our reporting suite to track company performance.

The 'Pipeline by Source' reports help you identify the sources that yield the most successful opportunities. You can then prioritize the higher quality opportunities and improve or replace the low-performing ones.

The 'Pipeline by Source Total' report

The 'Pipeline by Source Total' report shows the value of your opportunities by each source.

The page displays a bar graph followed by a table. You can always switch between multiple pipelines by selecting it in the 'Pipelines' drop-down menu.

Bar graph: The bars are color-coded by pipeline stage. You can see the value each source brings in to each pipeline stage.

Table: Each row shows performance stats for a specific source. Click the source name to see the opportunities brought in by that source during the date range you choose.

The 'Pipeline by Source Weighted' report

Each stage of your pipeline may have different win probability percentages. An opportunity in the first stage of your pipeline will have a lower probability of winning when compared to an opportunity that you have moved closer to your pipeline's final stage. You can customize win probability percentages when you build or edit your pipeline(s).

The 'Pipeline by Source Weighted' report takes into consideration this win probability by taking the total value of opportunities in a specific stage in your pipeline and multiplying that by the win probability percentage associated with that stage.

The page displays a bar graph followed by a table. You can always switch between multiple pipelines by selecting it in the 'Pipelines' drop-down menu.

Bar graph: Hover over the light blue bar to see the break down of the total value of the opportunities that came from that source with close dates in that specified time frame. Hover over the dark blue bar to see the weighted value, which is the total value of those opportunities multiplied by the win probability percentage of the stage it is in.

Table: Each row shows the performance stats for a source, including new information like total value and total weighted value. If you click on a source, you'll be shown the opportunities from that source that expected to close in the date range you've chosen.
