The 'Sales Forecast' allows you to compare your expected sales to your actual sales. When we say 'Forecast,' we mean the total value of won opportunities + the weighted value of open opportunities.
The page displays a bar graph followed by a table. You can always switch between multiple pipelines by selecting it in the 'Pipelines' drop-down menu.
Bar graph: Hover over the bars in the bar graph to compare the value or count of opportunities you hope to close vs won opportunities you have closed in the specified time frame. As you'll see in the pop-up window that appears when you hover over each bar in the graph, your 'forecast' is a combination of these two values.
Table: For each time period, you'll see opportunities won, weighted, open and forecasted. Click each time period to see the opportunities in question.
Note: The default time frame is set to half a year starting with two months prior to the current date. Click on the filter icon in the top right to modify the date range for close date, filter for assignee, source, tags and more.
