Account owners can manage their subscription and billing information in the Billing section of account settings. A regular admin or user will not see them.

Subscribe to Copper

Click here to see the different subscription options we offer.

When you're ready to subscribe, sign in to Copper and go to Settings > Billing.

Only the account owner can make choices around billing and invoices. To change your account owner, contact our support team using the in-app chat.

Access invoices

To access an invoice, sign in to Copper and go to Settings > Billing > Invoices. From there, you'll be able to download any of your previous invoices.

Note: We do not send invoices to you via email due to our privacy policy.

Request edits to your invoice

If you need a change to your invoice, contact our support team using the in-app chat.

  • We can change your company name on your invoice after it has been posted.

  • We can add your Tax or VAT ID to your invoice after it has been posted.

  • We cannot change your listed billing address on your invoice after it has been posted.

Update your billing information or update your subscription

If you need to change out your credit card in Copper, make sure you're the Account Owner, and navigate to Settings > Billing. From there, you will be able to adjust your payment method and subscription, including the tier and number of seats.

Please note: If you are looking to downgrade your plan, contact our support team using the in-app chat, as downgrading will remove access to features and must be manually processed.

Still have questions?

If you have questions about your subscription, contact our support team using the in-app chat. For more general questions, ask in our Community, and get answers from our Customer Success Team as well as fellow users.
