How to manage Lead Scoring

While we don't offer lead scoring out of the box, we have some workarounds to help you achieve this. These include:

  • Customizing the 'Lead Status' field to indicate scores.

  • Create a custom field called 'Lead Score.'

  • Use our integration with Zapier (Professional and Business).

Let's explore each of these options:

Customize the 'Lead Status' field

Many of our users use the Status as their scoring system. Whether they have been contacted, qualified, unqualified, or other custom status they need. If you select the dropdown of the status you can select "Customize Lead Status" and you can add your desired value. 

Create a custom 'Lead Score' field

You can create a custom field for Lead Score. You could then filter and sort by lead score to prioritize your leads. For more information on creating custom fields, click here

Use Zapier
