You can do this using Wufoo forms and Zapier. This article goes over how to add a Wufoo form to your website using a third party tool called Zapier. FYI, if you do not use Wufoo forms, you can replace it with any form Zapier supports.

Before you start

  1. Sign up for a free Zapier account here

  2. Sign up for a free Wufoo account here

Have other tools you want to integrate? Check out our integration marketplace to see hundreds of options!

Overview

We have teamed up with our friends at Zapier and Wufoo so that you can have a new lead or person created in Copper each time there is a new Wufoo form entry.

Once you have your accounts set up, head over to Wufoo and start building your custom Lead capture form.

You can map the fields on your Wufoo form to any of the following fields on the Copper Leads detail page:

  • Full Name

  • E-Mail

  • Company

  • Website

  • Phone Number

  • Title

  • Description

  • Address: Street, City, State, Zip Code

Once you are happy with your form, you can head over to Zapier to set up your integration with Copper.
Step 1 - Create your Zapier trigger and action

Step 2 - Enter your Wufoo login email and password

Step 3 - Enter your Copper Email and Token

Your token can be found in Copper under System Settings > Integrations. Please click to generate a token.

Important: Only Admins your Copper account to access Integration tokens

Once you have the token, enter your email and token ID in Zapier

Step 4 - Check that your accounts are connected to Zapier and working correctly

Step 5 - Choose which Wufoo form you want to connect to Copper

Step 6 - Match the fields from your Wufoo form to the corresponding fields in Copper

Step 7 - Publish your Wufoo form to your website or landing page and enjoy!

Now that you have completed the integration, each time a new form submission is captured, a new Lead will be created in Copper.
