Pipeline Projection Reports

The 'Pipeline Projection' reports allow you to see the value of upcoming opportunities in your pipeline. This is based on the expected close date of the pipeline's open and active opportunities. These reports allow you to see what you are going to close this month, next month, this year, etc.

The Pipeline Projection Total Report

The 'Pipeline Projection Total' report shows the value of upcoming opportunities in your pipeline that have an expected close date in the date range you choose.

The page displays a bar graph followed by a table. You can always switch between multiple pipelines by selecting it in the 'Pipelines' drop-down menu.

Bar graph: Each bar is color-coded by pipeline stage. You choose whether you want to see the date range displayed daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. This allows you to compare your current pipeline's success to its performance is the past day, week, month or quarter.

Table: Each row represents the expected performance of opportunities in a specified future date or date range, including new fields like value or total weighted value. If you click on a row, you'll see a pipeline view displaying all opportunities expected to close in that time period.

Note: The default time frame is set to half a year starting with two months prior to the current date. Click on the filter icon in the top right to modify the date range for close date, filter for assignee, source, tags and more.

The Pipeline Projection Weighted Report

Each stage of your pipeline may have different win probability percentages. An opportunity in the first stage of your pipeline will have a lower probability of winning when compared to an opportunity that you have moved closer to your pipeline's final stage. You can customize win probability percentages when you build or edit your pipeline(s).

The 'Pipeline Projection Weighted' report takes into consideration this win probability by taking the total value of opportunities in a specific stage in your pipeline and multiplying that by the win probability percentage associated with that stage.

The page displays a bar graph followed by a table. You can always switch between multiple pipelines by selecting it in the 'Pipelines' drop-down menu.

Bar graph: Hover over the bars to see the total value of opportunities with an expected close date in the specified date range. The lighter blue represents the total value of the opportunities expected to close in that stage. The darker blue represents the weighted value, or the total value of your opportunities multiplied by the win probability percentage of the stage the opportunities are in.

Table: Each row represents the expected performance of opportunities in a specified future date or date range, including new fields like value or total weighted value. If you click on a row, you'll see a pipeline view displaying all opportunities expected to close in that time period.
