PLEASE NOTE: Only PAID accounts need to submit a request to cancel. Trial accounts do not need to submit a request, as trial accounts automatically expire if not activated after 14 days.

Cancellations MUST be submitted by the Account Owner for security purposes. If you do not know the account Owner, Admins can identify the Account Owner via Settings > Company Users.

To cancel your account as the Account Owner, navigate to Settings > Billing and click the Billing link. Then, simply click "Request Cancellation" and follow the prompt.


We will follow-up with an email confirmation of the cancellation and billing adjustments. It may take up to 72 hours until you receive a confirmation. Once your account is cancelled, it will be active until the next renewal date. Per our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds for partial months.

Note: You may want to remove your data from the account prior to cancellation. You can do this using our export feature.

If your account was set up with a Google account, you can take the final step of disconnecting Copper and Google Suite.
