We are sorry to say we do not have a direct way to import activities at this time. If you would like to have this feature, please make a feature request here.
Here are three work arounds to import activities:
1: Using Zapier, a third party integration service
Using a third party tool called Zapier, you can create a Zap to take rows of activity data from a Google sheet to create an activity using Zapier's "Create Activity" action. To do this, you will first have to have imported your lead, people and company data because you will need to relate each activity by the ID of the lead/person/company in Copper. To get back IDs, go to Copper -> Settings -> Export Data.

2. Importing into a custom field instead
In Copper, create a custom text area field and copy/paste your activity data there. Custom text area fields have a limit of 10,000 characters. How to do this:
a. In your lead/people/company, etc. import spreadsheet, create a column called historical emails, historical meetings, historical status changes
b. Copy/paste your activity data into that column. Make sure you do not enter more than 10,000 characters. If you do, create another column and custom text area field.
