Any bulk or individual emails you send through Copper will count towards your daily Gmail sending limit. See this Google article check your limit.

One batch of bulk emails in Copper can have up to 200 recipients. Each of those emails contribute towards your Gmail limit. We recommend planning accordingly if you need to send a large number of emails.
