Step 11: Figure Out Your Next Move

Now that your account is set up, you'll want to train your team on how to use it. Encourage your team members to go through our Getting Started Guide for Users. Augment their training with information on how you've customized Copper to further your business needs. 

You'll want Copper to reflect best practices used by others in your industry and use case. We've created a 'Customize Copper to your Industry' section full of articles for different teams and use cases. After that, we recommend meeting with your team regularly to audit the workflow you've put in place. What's working and what's not?

You'll also want to set up reports to measure the success of what you've put in place.
