    Hi Emma,

    Thanks for writing.  Due to the design of Custom Report Builder, it will pull in all deactivate and active fields into the report.  So that is why you are seeing fields that you might have deactivated!

    For new fields that have not populated into your Import from Custom Report Builder (CRB), did you just add the custom fields?  Generally it takes a little bit (~20 min at times) for that new field to be found when you re-sync.  My suggestion is to let is sit for a bit and come back to re-sync.

    Please write back to me and let me know if you still don't see the new field.  This might be bug that we'd be happy to have our Product team take a look at!
