Our company offers the same products over and over. I was curious if there's a way to repeatedly use the same opportunities. For example, we sell registration spots for team tournaments. We contact club directors and coaches to register for our tournaments, and they go through the normal sales process. When they "Win" the opportunity, the team is now a part of our tournament. I would hate for our sales team to have to create the SAME opportunity over and over again for our customers. Instead, I would prefer the opportunities already exist, and they are able to select the opportunity with all the information loaded into it and adjust the pricing depending on the NUMBER of teams they are bringing to the tournament.
My previous work in other CRMs involved creating an opportunity where we selected a specific campaign that had information already about the item preloaded, and from there, sales members could adjust pricing and where along in the pipeline they were.
