Seems to be a recurring "mistake" from Prosperworks/Copper team, whenever a subscription is cancelled and confirmed by Prosperworks/Copper it keeps on being charged.
Even worst, only the purchasing team seems to work, since no one is available from customer service to reply to our inquires regarding this strange modus operandi.
A clear overpriced product with an extremely weak service.
Definitely not to be recommended and specially not to be trusted with credit card details.
