    Hi Deb, 

    Only the Account Owner can change the credit card on file with your Copper account. This would be the person who set up your Copper account. The Account Owner can sign into Copper and go to Settings > Billing, and click 'Change' in the 'Payment Method' box to make the update. If you're an Admin, you can see who the account owner is by heading to Settings > Company Users. In the System Admin column, you'll see 'Account Owner' listed accordingly. Click here for instructions on how to change your Account Owner if needed.
