Email tracking not accurate

The email tracking is not accurate-- it reflects "xx@xxx.com" opened this email at X:XX when it was actually me reviewing the sent email. Is there a way to make this more accurate?

  • On your Help Site it states this:

    Please note: There are a couple things to be aware of that may affect the accuracy of a tracked email's view count. 

    • Viewing your own email may count toward the email tracking count.

    • Viewing your own email multiple times will count as multiple views on a tracked email.

    Is there a way to turn off the internal tracking and only track the traffic/viewing of the recipient?
