Bulk send to clients/persons with open tasks

We create and check many Tasks everyday and would like to be able to send multiple clients a reminder email at the same time. Is there an easy way to do this?
 
I can send an email to several clients at the same time by targeting people in that section of the crm, but not based on open tasks.
