Auto use of BCC

I have a situation where I've been using Copper for awhile and all my data is in Copper.  Now my franchisor wants me to move my entire workflow to HubSpot.  Seems like it would be easier to turn on the Copper <-> HubSpot integration, but they won't allow it. 

The next best solution is using BCC to have all my email interactions go into HubSpot by the BCC.  To that end, I would really like to option to specify an email address to always be BCCed with every email I send.
