Embed the tools you use daily, right inside Copper! With Copper's Linked Pages, you can easily add shortcuts to third-party webpages so your team can stay in their flow without switching tabs.
Here are some use cases, directly from customers like you!
Create a “Copper Usage Guide” in Google Docs with field definitions and usage, helpful links, and workflow explainers. Keep a link to this guide in the navigation for quick reference.
Work with unqualified Leads in a spreadsheet, easily accessible from the navigation.
Add a shortcut to your CPQ tool so you can quickly generate quotes without breaking your flow in Copper.

💡 Good to know
There are no Copper permission settings for Linked Pages. All users will be able to see the navigation item. Whether a user can view or interact with the webpage is determined by settings within the third-party app (e.g., the share settings for a Google Sheet).
Copper does not control the functionality of the embedded webpage. We are unable to troubleshoot issues related to whether and how third-party content renders in Copper.
Linked Pages are an extension of our existing embedded app framework. Links added via the full embedded app framework will render in the Linked Pages section of the navigation, and links added via the Linked Pages feature will appear in the embedded app area of the integration settings.
There is no way to reorder the navigation items. All links added via Linked Pages or the embedded app framework will appear in the order they were added. If you need to reorder links, you can remove them and then add them in your desired order.
Some webpages may not render fully or at all in Copper. This is controlled by the third-party app.
How to edit or remove a Linked Page
From the web app, hover over a Linked Page in the navigation and click the 3-dot menu to expose options to edit or remove the navigation item.
