We’ve made some updates to how Settings are organized in Copper.
The goal? Clearer labels, better grouping, and fewer “wait… where did that go?” moments. Nothing about how your account works has changed — this update is all about structure and naming, not behavior.
Your Settings in Copper have been reorganized to improve clarity. Here’s how the new layout works.
What's changed (at a glance)
Some settings sections were renamed to better reflect what they control
A few pages were moved into more logical groups
Navigation labels now more closely match the page titles you land on
Key updates you’ll notice
Users & permissions
Account Settings is now called Users
Teams, Visibility & Permissions now lives under Users
The page title has been updated to match: Teams, Visibility & Permissions
This makes it clearer where to manage people, teams, and access.
Customization settings
Customize is now called Customization
Workspace Settings in the left nav has also been renamed to Customization
Currency now lives under Customization (and is the default landing page)
All Customization settings are now alphabetized for easier scanning
Clearer names across settings
We’ve updated several labels to be more direct and consistent, including:
Fields on Records
Activity Types
Tags
Record Types
Lead Management
Pipelines & Stages
These changes help ensure the name you click matches what you see on the page.
What hasn't changed
No settings were removed
No permissions or functionality were altered
Your data and configuration are exactly the same
This is a reorganization only — just a cleaner, easier way to get around.
