Share forms via Copper email: You can now insert and share Forms directly through Copper Email.
Makes it easier to collect information, qualify leads, or gather project details without leaving your workflow.
Perfect for intake forms, client requests, and follow-ups — right from your Copper email composer.
Enable forms within the form builder to be shared in emails.
Only Admins and Account Owners can enable a form to be shared via email. More details here.
Email Finder now available in the web app: This new functionality operates the same way you are used to in the Copper Chrome extension.

Open a contact thats missing a contact email, click the “find email” button at the top of the record, and voila! It will auto-populate.

🎨 Mini logo upload & color extraction: personalize your Copper instance with your brands colors and logo!
Upload your logo to display in the top-left navigation.
Copper automatically extracts primary and secondary colors for easy brand matching or you can manually set the theme based on the colors of your choice.
Preview and fine-tune before saving for a polished, cohesive experience.

👀 Add teams & visibility permission rules to Tasks: Tasks now support Teams & Visibility permission rules.
Better collaboration and clearer ownership, especially for larger teams.
Tasks now follow the same team-based permissions model as other records.
By default, all users can still see tasks, just like before.
But now, Admins can optionally restrict task visibility by team.
Standardized lead status colors: Lead statuses now use consistent, standardized colors.
