This month is all about giving you more control and making Copper even easier to tailor to the way you work. From expanded record visibility controls and customizable navigation to major performance improvements behind the scenes, these updates help you move faster while keeping collaboration front and center. Let’s get into it!

  • Record visibility is now in your hands 👀

    • All users can now update the Visibility/Access field on records they own.

    • Gives record owners greater flexibility to collaborate while maintaining control over who can view their work.

    • Available across Web, iOS, and Android for a consistent experience wherever you work.

  • Customize your navigation with Creation Templates 🧭

    • Creation Templates now support the new customizable navigation experience which means you can now organize and surface the templates that matter most to your team's workflow.

    • This update makes it easier for users to create the right records, faster.

  • A faster foundation for Copper ⚙️

    • We've upgraded Copper to Ember 5, bringing performance improvements and modern platform enhancements across the app.

    • This upgrade lays the groundwork for future features while improving stability and responsiveness behind the scenes.

📱 iOS & Android updates

  • iOS

    • Record owners can now update the Visibility/Access field directly from the mobile app.

    • Continued performance and stability improvements.

    • Record owners can now manage Visibility/Access on records they own.

    • Additional improvements to task visibility and overall mobile reliability.

🐞 Bug fixes

  • Fixed issues with Form share links returning errors when publishing or opening shared forms.

  • Improved email reliability by resolving several email ingestion and duplicate recipient issues.

  • Fixed SSO login loops affecting some SAML users.

  • Resolved CRX issues including the global + button in Google Calendar and Gmail refresh behavior.

  • Fixed Company Feed loading issues that could cause pages to become unresponsive.

  • Corrected sorting issues for Opportunities, including Inactive Days calculations.

  • Improved Google Sheets Add-on support by displaying all available filters.

  • Fixed Forms where edited custom fields could disappear unexpectedly.

  • Resolved bulk edit, export, and deletion issues affecting large record sets.

  • Improved synchronization reliability for Contacts and Activities.

  • Fixed several task and subtask issues, including converting subtasks to tasks and visibility inconsistencies.

  • Addressed multiple UI polish issues across Reports, Forms, Tasks, and navigation for a smoother experience.
