When you add a new note to a record's activity log, you have the option to customize the text using Markdown. This is a special formatting language that can be used to make your text bold, italic, in bullets, etc.

This article will provide some basic examples of using Markdown. You can also visit this page for more detailed examples of Markdown syntax.

Markdown Syntax

Add two spaces at the end of a sentence

Break will appear (example at bottom)

_this is italics_ or *this is italics*
