Note: Legacy Reports will be sunset at the end of 2022, and are not available for net-new customers as of April 2022. Admins can use our reporting suite to track company performance.

'Sales Performance' allows you to see historic or past opportunities won, lost, abandoned or open. This lets you see how your business is performing now compared to the previous month, week, quarter, etc.

The page displays a bar graph followed by a table. You can always switch between multiple pipelines by selecting it in the 'Pipelines' drop-down menu.

Bar graph: The bars are color coded to let you compare opportunities won, lost, abandoned or open. You can adjust the time periods between daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. You can see opportunities by monetary value or by count.

Table: Each row represents the opportunities in a different time period and shows you new information like win rate and total sales. Total Win Rate is calculated by dividing (won Opportunities / total Opportunities) * 100.

Note: the default time frame is set to two months leading up to the current date. Click on the filter icon in the top right to modify the date range for close date, filter for assignee, source, tags, and more.
