Cancel Subscription

ⓘ Only Account Owners can request a cancellation or billing change.

In the Copper web app, go to Settings > Billing. Then, click "Request Cancellation" and follow the prompt. Note this must be done by the Account Owner at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

The billing team will follow up with an email confirmation and date of deactivation. Per our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds for partial months.

Note: You may want to export your data from the account prior to cancellation. You can do this using our export feature.
