How to get in touch with Copper support

Looking to speak with someone? Here are all of your options to contact Copper Support.

Support Live Agent Office Hours

Monday - Friday:

6AM - 9PM Eastern Standard Time / 10AM - 1AM Greenwich Mean Time

Saturday - Sunday:

8AM - 8PM Eastern Standard Time / 12PM - 12AM Greenwish Mean Time


Contacting Support over Chat

With just 3 clicks you will be put in touch with an experienced Copper agent who can help you live.

Note: Once you begin a chat, if you exit Copper, Agent responses will be sent over email.

  1. Open Copper and navigate to the messenger widget in the lower right corner.
    ​

  2. Select "Send us a message" to start a new chat.

    1. If you have a chat or ticket that is currently open, you will see the recent chat to continue the conversation.

    2. Note: if you have an open chat, you will need to continue the open conversation until the chat is closed before starting a new chat.
      ​

  3. When starting a new chat, select the type of inquiring and we will direct you to the right agent.

    1. Ask Copper a Question - General Copper help, troubleshooting, etc.

    2. Report a Bug - Report to Copper that something is not working right.

    3. Billing - Adjusting your seat count, plan, or other billing concern.
      ​

Alternatively, if you're unable to access chat or prefer to converse over email. You can contact Copper Support at anytime by emailing support@copper.com

For immediate support during Office Hours, we highly recommend using the in-app messenger for the quickest response times.
