You can access the AI rewriter options from many places in Copper:
Replying to an email in Feed or on a profile
Sending a new email by clicking on an email address
Sending a bulk email
Creating or editing an email template
This feature is currently available in the web app and Chrome Extension.
You can rewrite the entire body of the email or select the text to be rewritten.
You have two options for rewriting your email:
🌱 Spruce it up
Gives your email an engaging boost for a clearer, more dynamic tone.
AI will enhance the content by improving clarity, flow, and tone to make it more engaging. It will highlight key points for persuasiveness and adjust formatting for better readability, while aligning with the preferred style.
You might want to use this option if you are:
Providing a valuable resource that you want recipients to engage with
Giving a company update that you want recipients to be excited about
🧹 Tidy it up
A quick cleanup for clarity and grammar, keeping your original tone intact.
AI will refine the content by correcting grammar and punctuation, improving structure for logical flow, and removing redundancies. It will ensure clarity and precision, while maintaining your original tone and style, without adding flair or making major stylistic changes.
You might want to use this option if you are:
Responding to a tricky customer question or request
Giving a project update that touches on many interconnected points
💡 Good to know:
OpenAI cannot use any Copper customer data to train its model. Your IP and PII remain protected.
Available on mobile
You can now use the AI Email Rewriter in the Copper mobile app. When composing or replying to an email, tap the AI icon in the toolbar to rewrite your message. The mobile version includes all the same capabilities as desktop, including rewriting full emails or selected text, undoing changes, and a daily usage limit.
