Can I use the "@mention" functionality in the mobile app?

Yes!

Is there an app for tablets?

Yes! Both our Android and iOS apps are optimized for tablets.

Is the mobile app functionality different from the web app?

The mobile apps will have most of the same functionality as the web apps, except for the following:

  • Reporting

  • Account Settings

  • Import / export

  • Calendar view

Can I use the Chrome Gmail extension through the mobile app?

You can't use the Chrome extension in the mobile app, however, you can use limited Gmail extension functionality in your mobile Gmail app. Click here.

Can I import my phone contacts into Copper?

Yes! We have a feature that allows you to import your phone contacts into Copper. Follow the instructions in this article.

Can I use GPS functionality?

When you view a record the address will be displayed on the map.

Can I log phone calls as activity?

Yes, but only for Android. Click here.

Can I create filters and access my saved filters on the mobile app?

Yes! If you navigate to a specific record-type page, you'll see the Filter icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Click this to either filter or sort your records. Any of your personal filters or public filters will be accessible.

How do I use a voice typing feature so I can speak notes instead of typing them?

If you have an iOS device, it is built into the keyboard — the “microphone” icon next to the space bar activates it.

If you have an Android device, you use the default google keyboard there is a microphone icon built into the keyboard.
