- open a new BLANK tab
- On that same tab, please open the Chrome Developer Tools by following these screenshots below:

- In that tab navigate to the part of the app you are experiencing issues with
- Leave the developer tool open while you navigate , this will capture the entire log that would be helpful to our engineering team. Once done, please send us the video recording and the .har file (see the 2nd screenshot). You can use loom.com if you do not have a dedicated app to record your screen.
