How do the 30 days of Onboarding Support break down?
Copper Guided Onboarding will include 4 sessions (2 Live webinars and 2 Live 1:1 Sessions), each session builds on the former.
Session 1 includes a webinar which starts with the basics.
Session 2 is a live 1:1 with the Onboarding Specialist to review your basics and start thinking forward.
Session 3 includes a webinar which goes over Coppers Advanced Features. and
Session 4 is a live 1:1 with the Onboarding Specialist to polish up your Copper setup or train you team.
Session 1: Copper 101 Webinar
In Session 1, you will attend our Weekly Copper 101 Webinar which will cover everything you need to get started with Copper.
User training covering how to use Copper effectively day to day.
Admin training covering the key elements of Copper customization, including setting up your first pipeline and importing your contacts.

Session 2: Process Review & Modify
In Session 2, you will work 1:1 with your Copper Onboarding Specialist to refine your processes and start thinking forward with your CRM journey.
Define your Use Case and Processes.
Answer your questions and overview of your Copper.
Work on Pipeline management and thinking forward to advanced features
Session 3: Copper 101 - Advanced Features Webinar
In Session 3, you will attend our Weekly Copper 101 Advanced Features Webinar that will allow you to start thinking beyond the basics with your Copper set up after you have completed Copper 101 the basics and your initial customizations and pipeline set up
A guided overview and use cases of: Automations, Forms and Reporting
Showing you how Copperโs automations, forms and reporting work together to save time, keep your team aligned, and give visibility into performance.
Session 4: Team Training / Final Q&A
In Session 4, we will onboard and train your full team in a tailored Team Training session.
Invite your Team for a group User Training session to kick off Copper! ๐
Answer your remaining questions in a final Q&A.
