Legacy Reports: Sales By Owner, Source, and Loss Reasons

Note: Legacy Reports will be sunset at the end of 2022, and are not available for net-new customers as of April 2022. Admins can use our reporting suite to track company performance.

The Sales By Owner, Source, and Loss Reasons reports allows you to see powerful business performance insights to what works and what doesn't work. Please note the default time frame for these reports are set to half a year starting with two months prior to the current date. Click on the filter icon in the top right to modify the date range for close date, filter for owner, source, tags, and much more!

Hover over the bars in the bar graph to see the total value of the opportunities that correspond to that bar in the bar graph. The rows beneath the bar graph will show you opportunities breakdown of the opportunities in that time frame. Clicking on the row will bring you to the opportunities tab displaying the opportunities included in that calculation.

The 'Sales by Owner' report

The 'Sales by Owner' report is a great tool to see which team members are winning the most deals, both in value and in count. It provides insight into coaching opportunities around lost or abandoned deals. For sales team members, this is a great tool to see how you're stacking up against the team.

The page displays a bar graph followed by a table. You can always switch between multiple pipelines by selecting it in the 'Pipelines' drop-down menu.

Bar graph: You can see the value or count of each team member's won, lost, abandoned or open opportunities.

Table: Each row shows performance stats for a team member, including new information like win rate and total value. Total win rate is calculated by dividing (won opportunities / total opportunities) * 100.

The 'Sales by Source' report

The 'Sales by Source' report helps you identify your best performing lead generation campaigns. You can use this data to prioritize your higher quality sources and decide which low-performing sources to improve or replace.

The page displays a bar graph followed by a table. You can always switch between multiple pipelines by selecting it in the 'Pipelines' drop-down menu.

Bar graph: For each source, you can see the value or count of opportunities won, lost, abandoned or open.

Table:Each row shows success stats for a source, including new information like win rate and total value. Total Win Rate is calculated by dividing (won Opportunities / total Opportunities) * 100.

The 'Sales by Loss Reasons' report

The 'Sales by Loss Reason' report allows you to identify trends in why you are losing deals. This report is a great tool to identify the most common reasons for lost opportunities so you can focus time and efforts to address it.

The page displays a bar graph followed by a table. You can always switch between multiple pipelines by selecting it in the 'Pipelines' drop-down menu.

Bar graph: This report is pretty straight-forward. You'll see the value or count of lost opportunities per loss reason.

Table: Each row shows the count or monetary value of lost opportunities per loss reason. If you click on a loss reason, you'll see the opportunities that contributed to these totals.
