Important: Do not invite the new email domain to your account. You must work with our support team to transition your Copper account domain.
To request a domain change, contact our support team using the in-app chat. Please include:
- Your new email domain
- Which Copper users this domain change applies to
- When the new email domain will become active (if it's not already active)
- The date you need this migration completed
Our support team will use a tool to overwrite your old email domain with your new email domain. Then they will send you an email with instructions on how to complete the verification process at your new domain address.
Please note your Copper instance may experience some downtime during this change. Our support team can inform you of how long this interruption may be based on your specific situation.
