Change Credit Card Information
To change your credit card information, log into the Copper web app and go to Settings > Billing. Click "Change" in the Payment Method section of the billing page.
Request Changes to Your Invoicing Details
To request a change to your invoice, please contact our support team using the in-app chat. and our finance team will follow up with you. We can help process changes for:
- The company name on your invoice after it has posted.
- The Tax or VAT ID to your invoice after it has posted.
We cannot change the listed billing address on your invoice after it has posted.
