New month, new updates! As we get ready to welcome spring, we’re freshening things up with some powerful automation improvements, polished UI/UX updates, and a host of much-requested fixes. Let’s dive in!
- Smarter email automations: We’re making automations more flexible and powerful than ever! - Business Plan customers can now create email automations with up to 7 steps – More touchpoints, better engagement, same easy setup. 
- Pause & resume email automations – You can now pause and resume sending directly from the automation list or the details panel (which is also accessible from your pipelines!) Learn more in the Help Center 
 - Save automations as drafts – No more starting from scratch! You can now save email automations as drafts, tweak them as needed, and launch when you're ready. - Easily distinguish between drafts and live automations in the list and details panel. 
- Change everything in a draft—just add something before saving! 
 
 
- Project management enhancements: Managing tasks and pipeline records just got smoother: - UI/UX improvement to the Win/Done Status Modal – A cleaner, more intuitive experience when closing out deals and projects. 
- Default Task Creation set to "To Do" – No more guessing what status a new task should have; it now defaults to "To Do." 
- Delete/unrelate tasks in the Related Task Component – Users can now remove tasks directly within the related panel, based on feedback from our community. 
 
- Mobile app updates: iOS & Android just got a fresh coat of polish! - Smarter timestamps, refreshed comments, and smoother interactions when adding comments. 
- Better overall experience when collaborating on records from mobile. 
- A fix was applied to enhance security and prevent spoofing risks. 
 
- 🐞: We’ve also tackled some high-priority bugs and security fixes to keep Copper running smoothly.
