How to upgrade or change your Copper plan

You can view your current plan and upgrade at any time from your billing settings.

⚠️ Only the Account Owner can view Billing and upgrade your Copper Plan.

Step 1: Access your Billing Settings

  1. Click Customization in the navigation bar

  2. Select Billing β†’ Billing and Upgrade

Step 2: View your current plan

On the Billing and Upgrade page, you’ll see your current subscription plan (for example, Basic, Professional, or Business).

Step 3: Upgrade your plan

  • Review available upgrade options on the page

  • Select your desired plan

  • Follow the prompts to confirm your upgrade.

Your changes will take effect immediately.

If you have questions or need a custom setup:

  1. Go to Billing and Upgrade

  2. Select:

    • I have general billing questions, or

    • I want to upgrade specific users to a higher plan

  3. Start a conversation with the Copper team
