Available with the following plans:

Professional, Business

Create email templates that are automatically tailored to your business with Copper's AI email template creator.

Example of an AI generated email template

No more blank page-itis. Let Copper draft your email templates, and they’ll be automatically tailored to your business and enriched with merge fields for instant personalization.

Copper has provided three options that align with common use cases.

💡 Tip

Have an idea for a use case? Let us know on our Ideas board!

Here's how it works:

  1. Choose the kind of email template you want to create

  2. Copper isolates your email domain to identify your website

  3. Copper passes a prompt to OpenAI that includes:

    1. Direction to use the tone, voice, and content of your website to personalize the response

    2. Merge fields that should be used in the response

  4. You receive a drafted email template that is tailored to your business and personalized with merge fields (including backup text!)

Users with a freemail account (i.e., @gmail.com) will receive a best-practices-based response for each use case that is personalized with merge fields.

💡 Good to know:

  • OpenAI can only access browser history from up to October 2023. If your website has dramatically changed since then, those changes may not be reflected in your response.

  • OpenAI cannot use any Copper customer data to train its model. Your IP and PII remain protected.

This feature is currently in open Beta. During this time, template generation is limited to 10 per day. This limit is subject to change.

If you hit the limit, you will see a message in the template composer:
