Follow these steps to change the account owner:
- Make sure the new account owner is an existing user or admin in Copper. If not, an admin can invite them.
- Submit a support ticket for our technical team to process. Include the name of the new account owner. If possible, have the current account owner submit the ticket. If not, our support team will follow up with verification questions.
- Our support team will send a confirmation once the account owner has been updated.
