SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Copper CRM, Inc. (“Copper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.

Program Description

Copper CRM provides Customer Care Messaging services to facilitate customer support communications between customers and Copper account managers or support representatives.

Messages may include:

  • responses to customer support inquiries

  • follow-up communications requested by the customer

  • account assistance

  • onboarding support

  • troubleshooting updates

  • and other service-related customer care communications

Copper CRM does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional messaging.

Consent and Double Opt-In Process

Customers may provide their phone number during interactions with Copper CRM support, including through in-app chat, or when requesting follow-up communication from an account manager or support representative.

After a phone number is provided, Copper CRM sends a confirmation text message requesting consent to receive SMS communications. Customers are only enrolled in SMS messaging after affirmatively opting in through this confirmation process.

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of customer support interactions and requested follow-up communications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we may send you a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers

SMS services may not be available on all carriers or devices. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.

Changes to These Terms

Copper CRM reserves the right to modify or discontinue its SMS messaging services or these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Copper CRM respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Collection and Use of Mobile Information

When customers opt in to receive SMS communications from Copper CRM, we collect and maintain mobile phone numbers and associated consent records for the purpose of providing customer care and support communications.

SMS communications are used exclusively for customer support-related interactions, including requested account follow-up, onboarding assistance, troubleshooting, and service-related updates.

No Sharing of SMS Data

Copper CRM is committed to protecting your messaging privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

We may share limited information with service providers solely as necessary to deliver SMS communications on our behalf, subject to strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Data Security

Copper CRM maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer information and SMS consent records.

Opt-Out Rights

Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received from Copper CRM.
